Holly Hester, PT, DPT, CHC, CHPC is currently working at Net Health as the Senior Director of Strategic Client Partnerships, a position they have held since April 2021. Before joining Net Health, Holly spent four years at Casamba, where she served as the SVP of Compliance and Education. In this role, she was responsible for leading Casamba's Compliance and Education Department enterprise-wide, providing regulatory guidance, clinical programming, content development, education and training steerage, and compliance support for the company. Throughout her career, Holly has gained expertise in strategic client partnerships, compliance, education, clinical programming, and training in the healthcare industry. She began her educational journey by attending Calvin University from 1988 to 1992, where she obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biology. Following that, from 1992 to 1994, she pursued a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist at Hahnemann University. Finally, from 2012 to 2014, Holly attended A.T. Still University of Health Sciences, where she studied Doctor of Physical Therapy. Additionally, Holly has acquired various certifications throughout her career including Certified Lymphedema Therapist through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies, Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) from the Compliance Certification Board (CCB) and Certification in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC). Ellen Strunk, PT, MS, GCS, CEEAA, CHC is the President and Owner of Rehab Resources & Consulting, Inc. Ms. Strunk specializes in helping clients understand the Medicare prospective payment systems for skilled nursing facilities and home health agencies, as well as the Medicare conditions of participation for rehab agencies and outpatient billing for all provider types. Her experience includes utilizing medical record reviews and data systems to help both inpatient and outpatient therapy providers meet regulatory guidelines and prepare for the shift to value-based care.  She has worked with clients on a variety of Medicare/Medicaid payment and certification matters, including substantial overpayment assessments and facilitation of Corporate Integrity Agreements.  Ms. Strunk lectures nationally on the topics of coding, billing and documentation to meet medical necessity and payer guidelines, value based-purchasing, incorporating clinical outcomes into practice, pharmacology in rehabilitation, and developing meaningful exercise programs.
